Litigation consulting experience includes consulting or expert witness on a variety of cases involving property tax assessments and tax appeals, real estate economics and real estate capital markets, statistical models applied to real estate, market research, highest and best use analysis, forecasting models, environmental damages, retail bankruptcy (modeling of store closures), and forensic analysis of opposing expert witness reports and depositions.
